The coordination commission of SCSRT investigated the
mandates of the sixth development plan which are related to energy issues in
its recent session.
Public relations office of the secretariat of SCSRT reports
that the 62nd session of the coordination committee was held with
the participation of Dr. Abooyee Ardakan, the Deputy Secretary General of
SCSRT.
In this session the proposed mandates of the sixth
development plan which are relevant to the energy sector were presented and
discussed.
Each specialized commission of SCSRT is supposed to prepare
mandates in their respective fields and propose them to the secretariat of
SCSRT for further pursuit.
The proposed mandates for the energy sector were prepared by
the specialized commission of energy which divided the task between three working
groups, namely, petroleum, Electricity and nuclear energy. The propositions by
these working groups were harmonized in the commission and finally presented to
the coordination commission for further discussion and potential modifications.
