the Secretariat of science, technology and research supreme council's (ATF) - According to the paragraph M in the Fifth Development Plan's Article 224 and for the fifth year, the research budget performance report of all the executive agencies, their affiliated research institutes and state-owned companies that have used the country's research sector funds in 1394, in being finalized by ATF supreme council and in close collaboration with settings subjected to this law.

According to first component of paragraph M in the Fifth Development Plan's Article 224, all the executive agencies, their affiliated research institutes and state-owned companies that use the country's research sector funds (development of science and technology or research funding), are required to spend these credits in accordance with research policies and priorities determined by the Supreme Council for Science, Research and Technology. They also should present their performance report to ATF supreme council every three months so that after summing up and getting approved by this organization, a comprehensive report on country's research credentials performance along with the results and research achievements to be presented to Parliament.

The secretariat ATF supreme council have identified and contacted 576 units subjected to this ruling after checking the list of administrative units in the country's budget law in 1394 which of this amount, 334 units have submitted their Performance information to ATF supreme council.

The submitted data showed that the so called report covers 80 percents of Iran's total research and technology credits in 1394.
